A few everyday moments
A couple of episodes tonight. A little research tomorrow.
Streaming, AI and academic search are all part of our day-to-day route maintenance.
01 / Watch and listen
That show you love? Pick up where you left off.
Find a film on Netflix, catch up on Disney+, or settle in with TVB or Spotify. Choose a node in the right region, then open your usual platform.

We provide network connectivity for everyday streaming. Content, quality and playback access depend on the platform and your subscription; these subscriptions are not included in our network plans.
02 / A little help from AI
When you're stuck, talk it through.
A blank page, a puzzling bit of code, or a passage in another language. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can all be part of your everyday toolkit.

On supported routes, each user has a dedicated IPv6 exit address, reducing the effects of sharing an address.
Find a promising paper, then follow the references.
Search papers, citations and authors in Google Scholar, and connect the dots. Useful for coursework, research, or simply understanding something better.
Google ScholarAcademic search
Google Scholar searches can also use your dedicated IPv6 exit address, depending on the node configuration and the actual connection.
Paid full texts still require access through the journal, school or library. Network access does not include those rights.
Availability can change with nodes and platform policies. Follow each platform’s region and account rules. For access issues, check the help center’s guides and FAQs first, then contact support if you still need help.
A closer look at the technology
An IPv6 exit address of your own.
On supported routes, we assign each user a dedicated IPv6 exit address to reduce the effects of sharing an address. It is used for network connections and forwarding; the actual route determines whether IPv6 is used.
One service, separate exit addresses

Another user→A different dedicated IPv6Used by them

A dedicated address for everyday connections.
When using AI or Google Scholar, requests routed over IPv6 can leave through your assigned address without sharing the same exit address with other users.
The experience depends on the network.
The exit address is one part of a connection. Node load, carrier networks, the destination service and connection method all affect the experience. A dedicated address does not mean dedicated bandwidth.
Requests must actually travel over IPv6. The platform, node and connection method affect whether this works; having an address assigned does not mean every visit uses it.
What should I know about IPv6 connections?
Follow the platform’s regional and account rules. For connection issues, first check your node and client settings using the help center guides. If the issue remains, share the platform, node and error with support. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete subscription links.

We look after the routes
Advanced plans include IEPL dedicated-line nodes and optimized routes. For connection issues, start with the troubleshooting steps in the help center.
For computers and phones
There are options for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Linux. Find the right guide in the help center.
Up to 3 devices together
Connect a computer, phone and tablet together. Keep your plan's simultaneous-device limit in mind when switching devices.
Start with the setup guide
For installation, sign-in and connection, follow the guide for your device first. Contact support if the issue remains.
